honestly no complaints. the place is truly exceptional and fairly clean. double room with beautiful garden, great views, as for instance. lovely pool, parking onsite. magnificent central location, close enough to the restaurants outside, the airport / prambanan temples and the historical centre. also, by beautiful garden.

The grounds are clean, breakfast is traditional, and the room by the beautiful garden made my stay truly enjoyable creating a wonderful experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main tourist street, airport, and Prambanan temples. the friendly staff made our stay pleasant. - the room was extremely spacious and had a beautiful garden view. It was a very good stay overall.

Too old rooms, dirty bathroom.

Pretty much everything. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a great view over the lovely food area. Loved the gardens with the fish ponds, stepping stones and waterfalls. It made for a relaxed tropical atmosphere, in the middle of the city. The reception staff were helpful and informative, and helped us with tour bookings, taxis, and local info. Although there is no restaurant here, you can order from the sister hotel in the next street, and they will deliver to your room. Breakfast was ok (juice, fruit, toast and eggs) but it could be improved. Since so many of the local tours involve a 6am start, it would be good to have the option to book the room without breakfast.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area with a stunning garden, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The city center is conveniently close by, allowing easy access to restaurants and shops. Additionally, there are many good coffee shops just down the street, perfect for a caffeine pick-me-up. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, as shown by their willingness to assist guests with errands and luggage handling.

The bathrooms could use some renovation, as they appear worn out and old.

The landscaped garden and pool area were beautiful. A really hood place to retreat from the heat of the city. The staff were very helpful. The tea and snack bought to the room every evening was a lovely touch! Plus they were always delicious.

The breakfast was slightly underwhelming, given how nice the afternoon snacks were.

The tour desk at the hotel was incredibly helpful in providing us with sightseeing information and recommendations for our family. The staff was knowledgeable and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. The accommodations were spacious and had DVD players, which was perfect for relaxing evenings with the kids.

In my wife's opinion, it would have been great if the hotel had a dedicated play area for children.

Lovely gardens and pools. Cold breakfast, but they offer early morning breakfast packets. Excellent hospitality, spacious and quiet rooms. Beautiful hotel area with waterfalls. Good breakfast starting at 6:30.
